BBQ should be fun and enjoyable. It should be something you do with friends and family. Something that brings everyone together. When you BBQ and it becomes a chore the end does not justify the means.

BBQ Brisket Breakfast Sandwich
4 Slices of leftover Brisket
1 Slice of American Cheese
3 Slices of Jalapeno
2 Slices of Bread
Grill on George Foreman for about three minutes and then slice. Excellent for a breakfast sandwich.
